Get the $0 trial download through Gumroad, open Barqode_0.1.1_Setup.exe, and follow the installation steps. Then open Barqode, choose Continue to start your trial, and import your CSV.

Windows may show an unknown-publisher warning because this installer is unsigned. Installer SHA-256 checksum.
